Rotational moulded containers

These plastic containers in rotational sintering process are made of powdered, colored PE raw material. When the material is simultaneously heated and spun, the centrifugal force achieves extreme compaction on the walls and especially in the corners. This provides the container with the extraordinary strength that cannot be achieved using any other process. It is therefore not surprising that these types of containers are used primarily in military applications.

Advantages:
- very wide range of existing molds can be used (there are no additional costs for molds)
- rotationally sintered containers can be produced in extraordinarily long and tall formats
- various standard colors available
