VERPATEC presents you with tailor-made packaging solutions for safe transport. Our case, container and foam solutions offer you reliable, safe and high-quality transport packaging for a wide variety of products and goods. VERPATEC's core competence lies in the design and manufacture of technically sophisticated packaging solutions made of aluminium, plastic, wood or cardboard, with or without foam padding. Since the company was founded in 1988, we have been continuously expanding and optimising our manufacturing and product range for transport solutions. Our contemporary packaging solutions will win you over when it comes to design, quality, functionality and cost-effectiveness. The consistently high product quality of our packaging solutions is guaranteed by constant quality controls, high safety standards and the best material and processing quality. Our production is equipped with high-performance machinery using the latest technologies and manufacturing processes for all packaging solutions.

2024
Relocation to Neuhaus SG to our new building with larger production, storage and office space per 1 January 2024.
2023
Purchase of a new milling machine for the production of foam inserts for packaging solutions. Thanks to the additional milling machine, order capacity can be increased and delivery times shortened.
2022
Label printing machine for the production of product labels. Expansion of the production and storage area to approx. 3500 m2.
2021
Digital printing machine for printing cases, containers and flight cases, 3D printer for the production of prototypes and special plastic mouldings, production and storage area now approx. 2900 m2, and 30 employees.
2018
Upgrade of the older waterjet machine to the latest, most modern standard.
2017
Laser cutting and engraving system; cutting plastic sheets as well as marking foams by laser engraving.
2016
Acquisition of Anaxa. Cutter with cutting and milling head for fast prototype and small series production.
2015
Another 4-head waterjet machine with placement table and rotating heads for the production of 3D parts. We currently employ around 20 people.
2014
Takeover and integration of atesum AG into AVT Verpatec AG, continuation as an independent public limited company (www.atesum.com).
2011
Enhanced manufacturing through customised component assembly.
2008
Start of production of flight cases and other special containers.
2007
New acquisition of a 4-head milling machine.
2005
The design team is strengthened to 3 people.
2004
The machine park is expanded with a new splitting machine.
2003
The company moves to the ASCOM buildings in Hombrechtikon. Enlargement of the production area to around 2000 m2. New additional 4-head water jet machine. AVT Verpatec AG now employs 16 people.
2000
Expansion of the machine park with a semi-automatic welding machine and various other optimisations. Complete re-networking of the IT system.
1995
Move to Fehraltorf to expand production.
1993
Move to Hinwil-Erlosen.
1989
Commissioning of the first 1-head water jet machine with a water pressure of approx. 1800 bar.
1988
26th February: Foundation of VT Verpatec AG.
